We often get asked how a lead can be automatically assigned to anyone other than the admin. Before that wasn’t an option, but now it is and it is very simple to do!
Once you log into your Credit Repair Cloud, go to “My Company” and then “Automated Notifications”
Once you do this, you will see names of your team members.
Choose one or many team members that leads will automatically be assigned to!
